Kevin Martinelli’s media career began in 1995 on the WB network where he was host of the WB-32 Kids Club in Portland, Oregon. After spending two years on-the-air, he went on to lead Fisher Broadcasting’s Business Development team in Portland until 2002. Kevin spent the next five years in a variety of advancing positions, including Director of Sales for a group of five stations in the Pacific Northwest.
In 2007, Kevin joined forces and partnered with Black and White Media, a digital media firm based in Portland. As Managing Partner, he helped small and mid-sized businesses grow their digital footprint with creative e-mail marketing, search engine optimization, and Web development solutions. Today, Kevin’s efforts are primarily focused on the exploding Direct Marketing division of Black and White Media. With a focused effort on mentoring new individuals in getting an online business started for themselves with the unique Polaris Media Group offering. Kevin’s passion for personal and professional development makes him the perfect fit within this arm of the organization.
Kevin graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in Theatre Arts. A native Oregonian, he now resides in Phoenix with his wife and two children.

Jeff Carrier began a Retail Automotive career "accidentally" over 24 years ago. Post army collegiate plans were waylaid when he encountered the outdoor recreational opportunities offered by the majestic terrain of Oregon. The ability to go snow skiing in the morning and water skiing all afternoon were unheard of in the mid-west, and that has kept Jeff in the Pacific Northwest. He was offered a position in sales at Kellum Nissan in 1985. After a tumultuous up and down beginning, he set his course for automotive sales success by focusing on customer satisfaction and product expertise. Jeff's commitment paid off, and as he gained customers and knowledge through seminars and training, he was rapidly promoted to management positions.
I would have to say that throughout my career, I was relentlessly determined to change the sterotype that people have regarding automotive sales professionals. I enjoyed many lucrative and exciting years in the retail automotive sector in the Portland Metropolitan area and earned accolades for sales volume and e-commerce success. It was not with out significant consideration that I departed from a market sector that has brought me much joy and success. My belief in the power of the offerings of Reputation Accelerator and Sale Accelerator opened the door to a new phase of my career. Now I can show other business professionals how to bypass many of the marketing pitfalls I experienced in my tenure as General Manager and Dealer Principal. My consultative approach to sales, my concern for the well being of my clients, and my interest in applying new technologies and processes toward goal realization are my trademarks.
